Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Task Manager (the "Service"), including the web app at https://taskmanager.3gus.click and the Task Manager Chrome Extension.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Task Manager lets you create, store, and manage tasks. Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify functionality at any time.
Accounts & Authentication
You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you choose to sign in with Google, authentication is handled via Google OAuth. If you choose to sign in with Microsoft, authentication is handled via the Microsoft identity platform (OAuth 2.0). Your use of Google or Microsoft sign-in is also subject to the respective provider’s terms and policies.
Your Content
You may provide content to the Service, such as task text and related information ("User Content"). If you use the voice note feature, you also provide voice recordings that we process to generate task text. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content (including transmitting voice recordings to our transcription provider as needed) solely to operate and provide the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malware or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws
Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google and Microsoft for sign-in; OpenAI for speech-to-text when you use the voice note feature; Discord and Slack for optional integrations that let you receive a daily task digest via Direct Message) and may be hosted using third-party infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
If you connect Discord, you authorize us to add you to a designated Discord server (shown in Discord's authorization screen) and to send you automated daily digest messages. You can disable the digest or disconnect Discord at any time from the integration settings page. Disconnecting stops future digests and removes the link from our side; it does not automatically remove you from the Discord server.
If you connect Slack, you authorize us to install the Task Manager app in your Slack workspace and to send you automated daily digest messages via Direct Message. You can disable the digest or disconnect Slack at any time from the integration settings page. Disconnecting stops future digests and removes the link from our side; to fully remove the app from your workspace, use Slack's app management settings.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. You can review it at https://3gus.click/privacy.html.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the Service, other users, or ourselves.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
